1 Large Yellow Onion, Julienned.

6 Garlic Gloves, Sliced Thin.

6 Basil Leafs, Torn.

2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste.

1 Cup Red Wine.

1/8 Cup Olive Oil.

Salt & Pepper to Taste.
